We aim to ship every order within 24 hours of purchase. In many cases, your coffee is roasted the very day you place your order. If production volume ever causes a delay, we’ll contact you right away.
How fresh is the coffee I receive?
Every batch is roasted with care and shipped as quickly as possible, so you receive your coffee at peak freshness.

Yes! Our monthly subscription service delivers your favorite roasts automatically. Subscribers also receive exclusive discounts.

What is your return policy?
If you have any quality concerns regarding the quality of your coffee or any concerns regarding merchandise. please reach out to contact@thecoastalgrind.com. Returns will be accepted for defective products and any quality issues.
